My name is Jason, and PandaJason is where I share the stories, observations and questions I discover along the way.
我的名字是 Jason。PandaJason 是我分享故事、观察与思考的地方。我关心的不只是事情发生了什么，也关心故事背后的人、他们作出的选择，以及我们可能忽略的另一种视角。
Before PandaJason
在 PandaJason 之前
Before becoming a full-time content creator, I spent more than twenty years working in sales, management, entrepreneurship and business operations.
Those experiences brought me close to the realities behind a business: the pressure carried by an owner, the people and processes customers rarely see, and the difficult choices behind an apparently simple product or service.
在成为全职内容创作者以前，我拥有超过二十年的销售、管理、创业与商业运营经验。年轻时，我经营过电脑店，也经历过创业失败。后来，我在不同领域工作，管理团队与日常运营，协调项目，也曾与家人从零开始建立一家电商企业。
这些经历让我看见一家企业背后的现实：老板承受的压力、顾客看不见的人与流程，以及一个看似简单的产品或服务背后，那些并不简单的选择。
Why I Tell Stories
我为什么选择说故事
I began creating content because I wanted to share what I was learning about life. But I gradually discovered that people do not always connect with an explanation or a conclusion. Sometimes, a real person, a real place or an ordinary moment can open a deeper conversation.
Food became one of those entry points. A bowl of noodles can reveal respect for a small business. A cafe can show what care looks like in practice. A product can carry the hopes, risks and persistence of the people who created it.
我开始创作，是因为想分享自己对人生的学习与思考。但我慢慢发现，人们未必会因为一个解释或结论而产生共鸣。有时候，一个真实的人、一个真实的地方，或一个平凡的瞬间，反而能够开启更深的对话。
美食只是故事发生的其中一个场景。真正让我感兴趣的，一直都是人。一碗面，可以让我们看见对小商家的尊重；一家咖啡馆，可以让我们感受到“用心”如何落实在细节里；一个产品，也可能承载着创办人的希望、风险与坚持。

I do not see myself as someone with all the answers. I am more interested in exploring the questions with others.

I pay attention to details that are easily overlooked, and to the different positions people hold within the same situation.

I turn observations into stories, not to tell people what they must think, but to invite them to pause and look again.
我把观察整理成故事，不是为了告诉大家必须怎么想，而是邀请大家停一停、再看一次。
Understanding Before Judging
在判断以前，先尝试理解。
Understanding does not mean agreeing with everything. It means taking the time to see the person, background and reality behind a situation before deciding what we believe.
Through stories, observations and exploration, I hope PandaJason can add a little more understanding, a little more kindness and a little more compassion to the world.
理解并不代表认同所有事情。它意味着在作出判断以前，愿意先看见一个人、一段背景，以及事情背后的真实处境。
